Nice wallpapers, though:
Naru > Mutsumi looks-wise might be so ? although it's a matter of taste (but yes IMO Naru looks a bit better), but personality-wise, Mutsumi>>>>>>>>>>> ;>>>Naru; Naru is 3bil.
Every character in Love Hina represents a different type of person from reality, and Love Hina is more serious than its constant jokes make you think at first.
Naru is the average immature girl; she won't want to admit that she likes somebody, and mistreat him, only to feel sorry later; she'll be egoist and unfair, and she won't want him to be with neither her or others; she will blame her important person for all her faults; and most of all, saying she has violent tendencies is a major understatement.
Mutsumi, on the ohter hand, comes to be the perfect, ideal woman, impossible to exist in reality, as backwards time-travelling is because of a paradox. In particular, she has a facet that makes Love Hina to fall in the sci-fi category instead of romantic comedy; that it must be kept at shelves between Isaac Asimov and Arthur Clarke books; an extremely rare feature; a miracle among miracles; the fundamental property alchemists seeked for millennia; take a seat, relax, breathe deeply:
Sincerity.
As impossible as it sounds, Mutsumi is a girl that speaks her thoughts as they flow, as if she had taken an elephant dose of truth serum. This alone would place any person beyond sanctity, no matter what flaws could he or she have. Despite the fact that she is already closer to perfection than any existing life form because of this, Mutsumi is also kind, soft, compassionate, selfless, easy-going, caring, altruistic, humble, modest, and unpretentious, and all of this still leave room for her innate, unevident intelligence.
Mutsumi openly, almost boldly loves Keitaro and Naru and always puts them before her, as if she didn't realize how special in the Universe she is.
Mutsumi is, undoubtedly, the closest to angels reality ?or not? has for us.

Mutsumi is already grown up, in fact she's the only one who doesn't act kiddy when Keitaro sees more than he should.

Boring?? Mutsumi-chan is the most fun person around! She can be so clueless and clumsy at times I can't help but feel identified and laugh. Besides, she's always smiling, never mad, always nice... Unlike some girl who acts more like Jean-Claude Van Damme in a really bad day
